Warranty Policy
At OUTTANS, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. All of our metal picnic tables and benches come with a 3-year limited warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
✅ What the Warranty Covers

Missing parts or components at the time of delivery

Damage or defects (including rust) caused during manufacturing or shipping

Structural integrity of the frame and welds under normal use conditions
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us immediately and we will promptly resolve the matter through replacement parts or other solutions, at our discretion.
❌ What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Damage caused by improper use, vandalism, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

Rust or wear resulting from scratches, chips, or damage to the thermoplastic coating caused during installation or use

Natural wear and tear over time or cosmetic fading due to UV or weather exposure
🛠️ How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with the following:

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Clear photos showing the issue

Description of the problem

Shipping address for any replacements
We’ll assess the situation and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
⚠️ Note:
Products that have been scratched, chipped, or otherwise damaged by the customer (especially in areas where the thermoplastic coating is compromised) will not be covered under this warranty. However, we’re happy to offer replacement parts or support at a reasonable cost, even if the issue falls outside warranty terms.
