Well Made Product

This is a solid metal picnic table that appears to be well made.

5 stars for quality materials, 3 stars for workmanship and set-up. I did not like that many pieces had only a single bolt. This made set-up tricky. The table essentially had to be set up loosely without torquing any bolts, until all parts were in position and straight looking. Then you tighten it all up completely. Mine is about 97% perfect. But it could have been 100% if each piece was carefully machined with multiple bolts to eliminate any positioning error during set-up.

Great product with very well designed hardware for simple assembly. Packaged well to protect against shipping damage. I would buy them again!

I got the 4’ table.Took about an hour to assemble. Directions were straight forward. Everything about this table is about durability, with classy appearance.So heavy my wife was unable to help me carry it across the yard.We considered a similar table that was a couple hundred cheaper, and a lot lighter in weight….but considering that this table will be used 50 years from now my my kids grand kids, it was worth the extra ‘beef’.Look no further, you’ll be impressed.This isn’t a complaint…but the table shipped in two boxes…..one box arrived two days before the heavier one….there was no upfront communication that it wasn’t going to be shipped separately…

Would have preferred better grade of fasteners but the quality of product,the excellent instruction manual and tools provided overcome that- packaging was superb- did not need ADA requirement- I am sure that added to cost- should have been optional- all in all well pleased

Well packaged for shipping. Arrived in perfect condition. Easy to follow assembly instructions. Tools required for assembly are included and made of decent quality. The price may seem high but the quality of the finished product made apparent to me that I made the right decision. This table will be here long after I am gone and will be passed down to my kids and their family.

Outtans picnic table.It takes a long time to be delivered. The picnic table was well packaged. It takes two people to assemble. The umbrella hole accommodates our umbrella.

My experience with OUTTANS was outstanding. Peter was very professional and promptly responded to my questions.
When I purchased the 6ft punched hole picnic table, it was promptly shipped. Unfortunately, I had not considered the weight of the table that turned out to be too heavy for a 78 year old to move every time I mowed the lawn. When I explained the concern to Peter he was very understanding and sent a return authorization without any hassle. Bottom line - I recommend OUTTANS without any hesitation.

And lastly, unlike some other picnic suppliers, OUTTANS ships their 6 ft table by FedEx in two boxes so customers do not have to find a loading dock or pay extra for tail gate unloading of a single heavy box.
